View All Critic Reviews Mar 18, This is Clint Eastwood's masterpiece! Everything fell into place to make this one of the most stunning films I have ever seen in my life.

This film has incredible acting, great directing, and one of the most inspirational and heartbreaking stories.

It deserves all the claim and rewards it has received. This could have been another simplistic story about a boxer trying to make it big. Instead, it delves deep into the emotion of the characters and their lives.

One of the few films that almost made me cry. The only thing that does not make it completely perfect is the ending feels somewhat drawn out.

However, the ending leaves you close to tears with the level of emotion the actors portray in their roles. To any Clint Eastwood fan, this is one of the movies you need to see immediately.
